We bottled a very small amount of the Classic at four years old in the same proportions as the original three-year-old. Select both to compare the subtle differences an extra year in the cask makes!
Nose: Toasted caramel/toffee with a slight background note of raspberries & plums.
Taste/Finish: Hints of coffee, cinnamon, graham crackers and stone fruit crumble with a long, sweet, honeyed finish.
