Classic V is just what you’d expect: the brilliance of our classic expression with another year of age. Tannins have had that much more time to settle and integrate while the chocolate and cinnamon notes make themselves felt. Consider buying another bottle of Classic III while we still have them to gauge the effects of time in the barrel.
