The Battle of Stony Point consists of two casks: French oak (ex–pinot noir) and American oak (ex–bourbon). The proportions are different from our Classic at 70/30 bourbon-to-pinot, and we feel these two specific casks worked well. The additional age is also a factor and demonstrates that the whisky is in a constantly shifting landscape. We’re interested to hear your thoughts.
