Part of our Second Release this Pinot Noir Cask whisky is aged exclusively in Francois Freres barrels that we get from Williams Selyem. It has a nose of plum and sour cherries with chocolate, cinnamon and new leather.The taste is full bodied with hints of red currant and coffee with a light honeyed finish.
